7. Data Retention

- Legal obligations: Billing records and related data may be retained for up to 3 years after account closure as required by applicable law.
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized so you cannot be re-identified.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that:
- Does not use tracking cookies or persistent identifiers.
- Does not store your full IP address.
- Does not share data with third parties for advertising.
The Inventario mobile app does not use advertising cookies. It may use anonymous device identifiers for authentication and security consistent with Apple and Google platform policies. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by emailing your registered address and by posting the updated policy on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
